The Econorisk Breakfast Risk Series
Econorisk is extremely excited to announce the launch of our monthly Breakfast Risk Series. Join us for conversations about risk, as we tackle the key risks facing the South African business sector. Our bespoke breakfast discussions will focus on the ground truths, navigating often complex issues and ultimately guiding you on how best to mitigate these risks. With expert guest speakers guiding proceedings, the Econorisk Breakfast Risk Series is your opportunity to take ownership in a challenging operating environment and strengthen your business’ resilience.
Throughout the latter part of 2017, Econorisk has been hosting our bespoke Breakfast Risk Series at Country Club Johannesburg (CCJ Woodmead). Conversations all about risk! On the first Wednesday of each month we take over the Hedgehog Room, serving a delicious breakfast and engaging in insightful discussions led by our guest speakers.
Starting your day off right, coffee and tea is served from 07h00 for a punctual 07h30 start. The sessions are informal and we encouraged our clients to enjoy their breakfast, network with other Econorisk clients and staff members, as well as challenge our guest speakers with searching questions pertinent to the real risks their businesses face on a day-to-day basis. On the road no later than 09h30, Econorisk clients are ready to tackle the day armed with critical insights and industry knowledge.
This month we are extremely pleased to be welcoming Malcolm Padyachee from our partners iTOO Insurance Underwriters, as they discuss Professional Indemnity (PI) in the South African business context. iToo is a special risks Underwriting Management Agency (UMA) that offers a range of niche commercial products to companies of all shapes and sizes. We are extremely delighted to present this opportunity for business owners and decision makers to better understand the issue and how PI cover can provide financial protection in the form of defence costs to the companies and individuals for their legal liability; arising out of claims for damages from third parties due to their actual or alleged negligience, error or omission while providing services to such third parties in the scope of their specific practice, profession or business.
In order to add maximum value to you, our client, these bespoke sessions are limited. Spaces are up for grabs on a first-come-first-serve basis. Contact your Econorisk Risk Advisor today in order to register your interest, or alternatively contact us at events@econorisk.co.za
