Matthew leads with a blend of analytical precision and entrepreneurial drive, motivating a team of over 150 people to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving risk environment.
Outside of work, Matthew is a family man first, a passionate golfer second, and a competitive padel player who can hold his own on the court.
