With more than 25 years’ experience in the short-term insurance industry, Andrew has extensive technical and operational expertise. His role spans the entire operational portfolio, from Underwriting and Claims to Human Resources, where he is known for streamlining processes, increasing efficiencies, and ensuring value for clients, staff, and stakeholders alike.
Andrew co-leads a talented team of more than 140 professionals and is passionate about building strong, resilient teams that deliver results. He is often the driving force behind operational performance enhancements and client experience.
Away from the office, Andrew is a devoted family man and a fitness enthusiast.
